Sign in with an invited Google account.
Open the fixed app link. On the first run, choose your station on the Select Station screen.
If your station is not listed, type the station code/name and tap Add Station. The app creates a station-specific Google Sheet tab and uses that station's stage layout.
The selected station controls active flights, stage tiles, role labels, name directory, and the final Sheet tab used for closed flights.
Active Flights shows shared live flights for the selected station. Past Flights shows local past records saved on this device.
Tap Change Station to switch station. Tap Keep Screen Awake — 30 min during an active turnaround; mobile browsers cannot guarantee syncing after the phone is locked.
Manual open: tap Open New Flight, fill flight number and date, then choose or enter the role holders.
Network lookup: tap TLV Flights for Station, choose departures to TLV or arrivals from TLV, select a flight, fill crew/role fields, then tap Open Shared Flight.
Role names are selected from the station's Name Directory when available. A selected person with a saved phone shows a quick Call link.
After opening, the flight appears under Active Flights for all users on the same station. Other users can join and update it. Updates sync near real time.
The top flight header stays sticky while scrolling and shows flight/date/station, sync state, and a compact role table. Names with saved phones are clickable and open the phone dialer.
Tap a stage tile to set the current time. Tap ✎ to edit a time manually. Tap × to clear a stage time. Use − and + to adjust by one minute.
Light green means a manual time. Light orange means an automatic time from inbound landing or from a linked stage. Manual times are not overwritten by automatic suggestions.
Get Inbound Landing Time can fill the Landing tile from the inbound aircraft when available.
In Customize Stages, each stage can have a local alert and can link to another stage with an offset. When the source stage gets a time, the target receives an orange calculated time.
Upcoming Alerts appears on the active flight screen when alerts are scheduled. Browser notification permission is controlled from Settings.
Tap Customize Stages to edit the tile layout for the selected station only.
Settings lets you configure station-specific opening role fields, rename the KABAT label, add roles, reorder roles with ↑ / ↓, delete role fields, and manage the station sector list. Default sectors are CI, TARMAC, GATE, and CT.
Open Google Sheet opens the central data spreadsheet for quick inspection.
Notifications enables browser notifications for stage alerts on this device.
Touch feedback controls vibration and sound for app controls. The setting is saved only on this device. Text fields and phone-dial links do not trigger feedback.
From Settings → Manage Name Directory, add people per station and role with a personal phone number.
Existing entries can be edited with Edit, saved with Save Changes, cancelled with Cancel Edit, or removed with Delete.
The same person may appear under multiple roles. Flight KABAT can be left empty and filled manually when opening a flight.
During a live flight, tap Add Event to record an operational event. Choose an Event category, involved party, time, and description. Events are saved in the Flight Events sheet for later analysis.
Stage updates and live summary notes are saved live. The app prevents polling refreshes from overwriting a time that was just tapped locally.
If another user updates the same flight, newer server changes appear automatically.
Tap Edit Flight / Date / Crew to update flight number, date, Flight KABAT, or role names.
Use Flight Summary Notes during the operation. When done, tap Close Flight for Everyone and Sync, review/write the closing summary, then tap Close and Save Summary and confirm.
The flight closes for everyone, disappears from Active Flights, and is saved to the selected station tab in the Google Sheet.
If a flight is not closed by a user, it closes automatically after 8 hours from opening and is saved with an automatic summary.
Past Flights opens local records for the selected station. Use Open to view, ✎ Edit to edit, and × Delete to move a saved row to the Archive sheet after confirmation.
Tap Help at any time from the home screen to reopen this guide.
